Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Operations & Partner Support
- Provide technical support to i
nternal teams and external par tners (operators, RGS, game provider s) - Troubleshoot API integrations,
authentication, and configura tion issues - Analyze logs and investigate i
ncidents with strong ownership - Collaborate with engineering t
o reproduce and resolve issues efficiently - Maintain technical documentati
on, FAQs, and knowledge base - Support integration testing an
d partner onboarding - Automate repetitive support wo
rkflows - Ensure all incidents are clear
ly tracked, documented, and co mmunicated
2. Quality Control & Release Verification
- Perform pre-deployment validat
ion (configs, integrations, en vironments) - Execute post-deployment checks
to ensure system stability an d correctness - Verify API behavior, data inte
grity, and partner-facing func tionality - Create and maintain checklists
and QA procedures for release s - Validate new integrations (RGS, game providers, operator
s) end-to-end - Perform regression checks on c
ritical system components - Collaborate with engineering o
n release readiness and rollba ck strategies - Identify gaps in testing and p
ropose improvements
3. System Monitoring & Reliability
- Monitor live services using to
ols like Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana - Investigate alerts, anomalies,
and performance issues - Help design and tune alerting
and observability systems - Detect recurring issues and pr
opose preventive fixes - Contribute to incident managem
ent and root cause analysis
4. Continuous Improvement & Automation
- Improve operational processes
and support workflows - Build tools/scripts to reduce
manual work (Python, Bash, etc.) - Contribute to better observabi
lity, testing, and deployment practices - Advocate for reliability, auto
mation, and system transparenc y
Requirements
- Experience with Linux and Dock
er-based environments - Working knowledge of REST/Grap
hQL APIs and JSON debugging - Familiarity with monitoring/lo
gging systems - Basic SQL and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset and
attention to detail - Comfortable in a fast-paced, c
ross-functional environment - Strong English communication s
kills
