Support & QC Engineer

Role Overview

This role combines technical support, system operations, and quality control to ensure the reliability, stability, and correctness of our platform across all environments.

You will not only resolve issues — you will prevent themvalidate releases, and own quality across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Operations & Partner Support

  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners (operators, RGS, game providers)
  • Troubleshoot API integrations, authentication, and configuration issues
  • Analyze logs and investigate incidents with strong ownership
  • Collaborate with engineering to reproduce and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base
  • Support integration testing and partner onboarding
  • Automate repetitive support workflows
  • Ensure all incidents are clearly tracked, documented, and communicated

2. Quality Control & Release Verification

  • Perform pre-deployment validation (configs, integrations, environments)
  • Execute post-deployment checks to ensure system stability and correctness
  • Verify API behavior, data integrity, and partner-facing functionality
  • Create and maintain checklists and QA procedures for releases
  • Validate new integrations (RGS, game providers, operators) end-to-end
  • Perform regression checks on critical system components
  • Collaborate with engineering orelease readiness and rollback strategies
  • Identify gaps in testing and propose improvements

3. System Monitoring & Reliability

  • Monitor live services using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana
  • Investigate alerts, anomalies, and performance issues
  • Help design and tune alerting and observability systems
  • Detect recurring issues and propose preventive fixes
  • Contribute to incident management and root cause analysis

4. Continuous Improvement & Automation

  • Improve operational processes and support workflows
  • Build tools/scripts to reduce manual work (Python, Bash, etc.)
  • Contribute to better observability, testing, and deployment practices
  • Advocate for reliability, automation, and system transparency

Requirements

  • Experience with Linux and Docker-based environments
  • Working knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs and JSON debugging
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging systems
  • Basic SQL and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Cloud experience (GCP, AWS, etc.)
  • Experience with incident management and root cause analysis
  • Familiarity with casino platforms / RGS integrations
  • CI/CD and Git knowledge
  • Interest in automation, observability, and system reliability

What Makes This Role Different

  • You own both support and quality — not just reacting, but preventing
  • You are involved before, during, and after deployment
  • You bridge engineering, operations, and partners
  • You help shape how reliability and QC are done in the company
