Role
We’re hiring a Head of Product / CPO to own the product organization end-to-end. This is a product ownership role, not advisory — and it’s operationally heavy. You’ll be deeply hands-on: in the spec docs, on calls with operators, in launch reviews. Not running a layered org from the strategy room — running the product function from the front. You set the direction, do the work alongside a small team, and own the commercial outcomes that follow.
- You will own product strategy and roadmap across all product lines with full prioritization authority.
- You will lead our four product pillars: RGS, Originals, Publishing, and Exclusives.
- You will work directly with operators and partners — actively seeking feedback, validating direction, and turning client signal into product decisions.
- You will set production cadence and delivery efficiency — how fast we ship, iterate, and respond to market.
- You will run the product function hands-on with a small, effective team — not by building an army of product owners.
- You will own budget allocation across pillars and hold veto on launches that don’t meet quality or commercial thresholds.
- You will partner closely with engineering, commercial, and legal — and represent product at the executive table.
- You will define a clear point of view on where AI accelerates production and where it doesn’t.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product leadership in gaming, gambling, or adjacent interactive entertainment.
- Deep understanding of the crypto casino industry and crypto casino players — how they discover games, what they value, and why they behave differently from traditional casino audiences.
- Genuine love for Original games and the design space they opened up — crash, dice, mines, limbo, and what comes next.
- End-to-end understanding of how casino games actually get made — from math model and concept through art, engineering, QA, certification, operator integration, and live ops.
- Strong grasp of the Provably Fair paradigm — what it is, why it matters, and how it shapes player trust and product decisions.
- Hands-on operator — comfortable doing the work, not just delegating it.
- Strong partner and client orientation — you actively seek feedback rather than waiting for it to land in your inbox.
- Proven track record owning a portfolio, not just a single product.
- Experience in B2B gaming, RGS or aggregator platforms, or operator-side product is a strong plus.
- Comfortable owning ambiguity and turning it into structured roadmaps.
- Strong opinion on production cadence and delivery efficiency.
- Builder-operator, not a pitch-deck CPO.
