Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations & Partner Support
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners (operators, RGS, game providers).
- Troubleshoot API integrations, authentication, and configuration issues across multiple environments.
- Analyze logs, monitor systems, and investigate incidents with precision and ownership.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce and resolve product or service issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, FAQs, and technical knowledge base articles.
- Support testing and validation of new integrations and product releases.
- Help automate repetitive tasks and streamline technical support workflows.
- Ensure incidents are tracked, documented, and resolved with clear communication and context.
System Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor live services and performance dashboards using observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, etc.).
- Assist in setting up and tuning alerts, error detection, and recovery processes.
- Identify and document recurring issues and propose preventive solutions.
- Contribute to the improvement of operational standards, processes, and team automation.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux environments and Docker-based setups.
- Working knowledge of REST or GraphQL APIs and JSON debugging tools.
- Understanding of monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation systems.
- Basic proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English, especially for technical communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or similar).
- Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of casino platforms, RGS integrations, or gaming content systems.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Curiosity for automation, observability, and service optimization.
